Mine was for Causecast to be a verb.

Huh, I’m intrigued. I have the WORST memory ever. Such wasn’t the case in college, I wonder what happened. As it stands now, with the chaos in my life, I need help!

The article written by Leo Babauta outlines specific technology and strategies to aid you in remembering important things.

Here are the tips I found to be most helpful:

Jott - A system that allows you to call yourself and leave a message that is sent to you via email. You can also use it with Google Calender, Twitter, Blogger, and other programs.

RTM - Remember the Milk is a To-Do list that combines Jott, Twitter, your mobile device, email account to create a list and reminder alerts for you.

Figure out a system that is quick and painless for you so you will use it daily.

Make the note immediently. Despite which technologies you decide are best for you, use the system right away to create the reminder.

He has a whole list of suggestions, so if you have the same problem, explore some of the options.

Now if they would only create a virtual name tag for people to wear I’d be all set!

I agree there has to be a system. We all run around so much every day that we crave some kind of system - anything to be able to remember more things. I just started using Jott and I hope it helps. I have to say though that nothing beats writing down your list with a pen and piece of paper. I do it every morning at work and find it leads to be incredibly productive.

Jenny McCarthy is an amazing woman. She is an actress - that we know - but she is also a mother and an activist. Her main passion is educating the world about autism and about Generation Rescue, a nonprofit that helps families find way to cope with an autistic child and also waysto reverse autism.

When we met her at Causecast, it was magical. She just GOT us. And we GOT her. When you meet someone whose passions are aligned to make a difference in the world, how can you not just click?

It is through that shared passion that Jenny agreed to film an intro about Generation Rescue, Causecast and her story for Causecast’s presentation at TechCrunch50. Here is that video.

Officially becoming cool and getting an iphone!

Yes it’s true. I am incredibly excited. I have to say, I love the blackberry when it works. But lately nothing was syncing. Nada. Messages kept erasing. I even had tmobile send me a new one and still no luck.

If that’s not a sign, I don’t know what is. So I bit the bullet and went in today, pretty much sans line and now I’m the proud owner of my very own iphone.

I’m now scouring the web for the best applications. I can’t wait to play more. I love new technology!
